Four wheel drive is
recommended on most of the trails around here. It is possible to get to the top of Numbers Hill.


FISHING
One of the first places we want to try fishing is Mackay reservoir.
Fishing licenses are $25.75 for residents  and expire December 31.

Non-resident fee for season is $82.00 or $11.50 for 1 day and $5.00 for each consecutive day.
A 3 day Salmon\Steelhead is $31.50

The wolf hunt ends December 31. Tags are $11.50 for residents and $186.00 for nonresidents.

As we explore the area we will add updates here, what we observe.
It takes about an hour to walk up to the top of Numbers Hill, which is how we got these photos of Arco from above. Their are mine shafts and adits so be careful. An excelent view and well worth the walk. Don't forget water and a snack. Also winter hiking multiplies the dangers.
 
Upcoming this June 26th and June 27th on main street in Moore, Idaho is the King Mountain car and Tractor show. Just follow hwy. 93 north out of Arco.
